SIMS UAP

The UAP draws inspiration from the Shaun Palmer UFO pro-model. Its base graphic matches the original UFO, while the top sheet pays tribute to Palmer’s Joker. The UAP features a directional Long Nose Twin with equal tip and tail widths, set back side-cut, camber, and stance. The longer nose and set back profile provide surfy off-piste float, and maintaining equal tip and tail widths allows for freestyle versatility in all directions.

The UAP features Sims Master’s Core, a lightweight poplar wood core with two bamboo stringers running tip to tail. The nose and tail have a Dual X Carbon reinforcement. Flexible Thin Tip Tech reduces swing weight by cutting excess core material at the board's ends. The UAP is finished with Tri-Tex Fiberglass and a Premium Racing Base from ISOSPORT, a leader in friction-free technologies.

• Tip Tech: Flexible Thin Tip Tech – Reduced material and swing weight for faster rotations and a lightweight feel in the air.

• Fiberglass: Tri-Tex – Sims most advanced fiberglass matrix, a 3-way mesh used on our highest end boards. Smoothly enhances power, pop, rebound, and rigidity.

• Carbon Layup: Dual X Carbon layup on the tip and tail of the UAP for new levels of power and pop.
